General Terms and Conditions

Nature Zen s. r. o. provides accommodation services at Nature Zen properties, including additional services, in particular sauna rental, e-bikes, breakfast and other services listed on the website.

A booking is binding once confirmed by the operator and after the required payment has been made.

Accommodation can be paid for:

• online by payment card
• by bank transfer

Additional services can be paid for:

• online
• by bank transfer
• on site, subject to the current offer

Service prices are listed on the website and are valid at the time the booking is made. The operator reserves the right to change prices for new bookings.

In the event of cancellation, the guest is charged a cancellation fee as follows:

• 5% – more than 14 days before arrival
• 50% of the total accommodation price – 14 to 7 days before arrival
• 100% of the total accommodation price – 7 or fewer days before arrival
• If the guest begins the stay and decides to cancel or shorten it during its course for any reason, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation price applies.

The operator may assess exceptional situations individually.

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

A different time is possible only by prior arrangement and for a fee of €15.

The guest is obliged to:

• use the facility with care and solely in accordance with its purpose,
• observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
• notify the operator without delay of any damage, defect or accident that occurs,
• follow the operator's instructions and the rules of the accommodation facility,
• protect the property of the accommodation facility from damage, loss or destruction,
• use the sauna, hot tub, grill and other equipment safely and according to the operator's instructions,
• comply with the smoking ban inside the accommodation facility,
• refrain from conduct that could endanger the health or safety of persons or cause damage to property.

In the accommodation facility it is prohibited to carry out activities that may endanger the health or safety of persons or cause damage to property, in particular handling open flames contrary to the operator's instructions, damaging equipment or violating fire safety regulations. The guest is fully liable for damage caused by breaching these obligations.

Guests use the wellness facilities at their own risk.

The operator is not liable for health complications arising from improper use of the sauna or hot tub. Persons under 18 may use the wellness facilities only under the supervision of an adult.

The guest is liable for all damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility arising from the guest's intentional conduct or negligence, as well as from the conduct of persons for whom the guest is responsible (in particular co-accommodated persons or visitors). The guest is obliged to reimburse the operator for all costs associated with repairing the damaged item, restoring it to its original condition or acquiring a new item if repair is not possible or economically reasonable. This obligation also applies to damage caused by fire, handling open flames, smoking contrary to the rules, improper use of equipment or another breach of the guest's obligations. The operator is entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred in full.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the operator and only in certain types of accommodation, for a fee of €20. The pet owner is liable for all damage caused by the animal.

The guest is obliged to report any shortcomings without undue delay during the stay so that a remedy can be arranged.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the data protection principles published on the operator's website.

These General Terms and Conditions take effect on the day they are published on the operator's website. Legal relationships not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Slovak Republic.
